  The rent is wayyyy overpriced for the location and the type of people that live here. The dogs crap everywhere, on the sidewalks and the grass that you use to go into your apartment! The walls are hollow. I live upstairs and I hear the guy downstairs snoring at night! WTF! The dogs bark continuously. I got a millon dents and dings in my car from people hitting it with their car doors. THE AIR CONDITIONING SUCKS! They give you one in wall unit that sits at ground level that takes at least 7 hours to cool the whole apartment if you forgot to leave it on. I had to out fit my whole damn house with in wall air conditioners which made my bill come out to 200 bucks a month during the summer in a 2 bedroom apartment! Laundry is a scam also. You can barely fit 2 weeks worth of laundry in the the laundry machine because its so small. I use three cycles at $1.75 each for one basket of laundry! That excludes my bed sheets and bath towels. To dry your clothes is $1.50 BTW my main toilet clogs up all the time to the point where I only use the one in my bedroom. The maintenance crew doesnt bother to replace anything or show up Move on please!

  This is the ONLY place to go to say goodbye to your pet. Jen does an amazing job. I could not have been any happier with her services. Truly an amazing experience. There is no way to bring your loving pet back but, this is definitely the way to send them off to pet Heaven. Thank you again Jen for making a heartbreaking time much more bearable.   Extremely disappointed experience with this company. Radon was 4 times the legal limit and they never told us. noticed a crack in foundation i month after warranty and only answer we got was no. There was no offer to assist or recommend a fix. Had a busted pipe in attic and blamed it on Lowes installation of Refrigerator. Lied to from the beginning by Susan Sanzone who told us that we were in good hands and were with a reputable builder. and there was no need to have private inspections since they were state regulated!! Radon causes cancer and these people knowingly endangered my wife and two young children. When it was brought to their attention i was told it was my issue. Further investigation is that most house in the development have passive radon systems that Paramount installed and some even have the full system installed via paramount. They only care about your money not you as the customer do not believe their lies about not building houses but building communities. Or my favorite is that Eli the owner stand behind his product.
